Refund not received

I cannot get a hold of nobody for my refund I paid for 5 days we stayed 2 days and checked out early I’ve been calling every number I can and either they hang up on me or I get directed to the actual hotel in which they tell you they can’t help you! I want my refund now keeping my money is stealing!

To request a refund for the unused 3 days of your stay, first check if you booked through a third-party platform (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia). If so, contact their customer support directly via website or app. If booked directly with the hotel, request a written statement of refusal, then escalate to your payment provider to dispute the charge.

If no resolution, file a complaint with your local consumer protection agency. Please also share the hotel name and booking source.
