Dear @Franky_Dsouza, If you were misled by their technician and customer service, yu have a strong case for a consumer complaint.

You should file a complaint against Cashify with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). For this, call at 800-11-4000 or follow these instructions:

Step 1: Visit the NCH Portal (https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ )

Step 2: Register or Login

• If you’re a new user, click the “Sign Up” button and fill out the Consumer Registration Form.
• If you already have an account, log in using your credentials.

Step 3: Choose the Grievance Registration Form

• Select “Consumer Grievance” from the available options.

Step 4: Register Your Complaint

Fill out the online consumer complaint form. Here’s what you’ll need to provide:

The NCH will investigate your complaint and work to get a resolution. They can also provide you with advice on your consumer rights.
