Complaint Regarding Irregular S22 Bus Service (Shakuntala to Karunamoyee)

I am writing to express my concern about the irregular service of the S22 bus (Shakuntala to Karunamoyee). Most days, the bus does not arrive as per the scheduled timetable, causing significant inconvenience to daily passengers. On average, only about 20% of the buses operate on time, while the majority either arrive late or do not come at all.

When asked, the bus starter often cites a shortage of petrol as the reason, which raises questions about service management and planning. This ongoing issue is affecting commuters’ ability to reach their destinations on time and needs immediate attention.

I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter seriously and take necessary steps to ensure reliable and timely service.

Alternatively, submit feedback via the WBTC grievance portal. If unresolved after 7 days, escalate via the State Transport Authority consumer forum.
