• Fill out the provided complaint form with all necessary details such as your contact information, vehicle model, registration number, and the nature of the issue.
• Attach supporting documents, if any.
• Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. You can also use the TVS Connect mobile app to access online services or file your complaint about its vehicle services.
