I was supposed to get my parcel today and this guy calls me from Mob- 7985858436 and asks me to pick the parcel from his shop else he will delay this and had no fear of a complaint against him.
I called DTDC 3 times, and they promised the delivery by 7:30 PM and still no update.
this is very harassing situation for me while I am working and need to spend my energy elsewhere.
Please look into this matter and help get this addressed.
Note- this person does this everytime- even when I ordered something from amazon and if the use DTDC- it falls in this person’s bucket and he behaves like this everytime.
