To resolve this issue regarding the refund of the cancelled OYO booking, you can file a formal complaint with OYO by calling the customer care number +919313931393 / +9112462016002 or email your concern to bookings@oyorooms.com. You can also get help from the OYO app’s support section.

In your complaint, be sure to include:

  • Your booking ID (which you mentioned was made on 8/8/24)
  • The dates of your booking (10/8/24 & 11/8/24)
  • The name of the hotel you booked (OYO Home Hotel Skylend)
  • The specific issue you encountered (being told to shift to another hotel that’s far from your exam center)
  • Any relevant details about your failed attempts to reach OYO’s customer care.
