To report XpressBees’ false delivery attempts and lack of support, email your complaint with order ID and failed delivery details to customercare@xpressbees.com or call at +9102049116100. If unresolved, file a complaint to the National Consumer Helpline with evidence of delivery failures and lack of human response from their system.

Steps to file an online complaint:

• Visit XpressBees’s official website (xpressbees.com).
• Navigate to “Contact Us” page from the menu.
• Click “Customer support” or “Business Query” to open the online complaint form.
• Fill out the form with required details including necessary details like shipment number, tracking ID, type of issue, and supporting evidence (if any).
• Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. You can also use XpressBees mobile app to track delivery status or access online services including getting help from customer representative.
