Steps to File a Complaint Online:
- Visit the New India Assurance website (newindia.co.in).
- Navigate to the “Contact Us” page and choose the “Suggestion and Complaints” option.
- Click “Grievance Redressal” to open the online complaint form.
- Log in or register a new account.
- Click on the “Grievance” option from the dashboard menu to open the online complaint form.
- Fill out the form by providing insurance details, complaint details, and personal information.
- Submit the form.
Finally, note down the reference number to track the status.
Escalation to Nodal Officer:
If your complaints are not resolved by the customer service team, escalate them to the Nodal Officers in the regional branches.
