If you have issue with products bought from ITC store, call at the toll-free number 18003098994 or email support@itcstore.in. For matters related to corporate orders from the ITC store, email gifting_itcstore@itc.in.

Steps to file an online complaint:

  • Visit ITC website (itcportal.com).
  • Navigate to “Contact Us” page.
  • Choose “Write to Us” to open the online complaint form.
  • Fill out the form with required details including product details (e.g. personal care or brand name - Ashirvad, Classmate, Sunfeast, Dazzle, etc.), type of issue, and description of the complaint.
  • Submit the form.
