IGL bills are high

We don’t cook at least 25 days a month, yet our IGL bills are high.

Please send a genuine bill rather than estimated bill.

If your IGL bill appears high despite minimal usage, it could be due to estimated billing. To request an actual meter reading, contact IGL customer care at 18001025109 / 01141387000. You can also submit a self-meter reading via the IGL website or mobile app. If discrepancies persist, lodge a complaint through the IGL grievance portal or escalate it to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB).
