As per your concern, your important documents haven’t been delivered after a month and a half, an additional cost you incurred due to DTDC’s delay.
I recommend you file a formal complaint with the DTDC regional office or their head of customer service. You can also call the DTDC’s customer care number +919606911811 / +917305770577 or email customersupport@dtdc.com.
Finally, you can also file a consumer complaint to the Consumer Forum through the E-DAAKHIL portal.
