Dear Sir/ mam,

I have Purchased a HP laptop From Flipkart In Month Of September, I have Ordered the Product, But its Warranty Started In July , It shows that it is A repaired or Refurbished Product.

Kindly Provide me Replacement Of The HP laptop.

Some of the keys in the Laptop are not working as the CTRL key is Malfunctioned.

I have paid 56,000 INR for a new Laptop. I Have Raised The Request for Return (Refund ) Or Replacement Of The HP Laptop but i do not why they send me Technician.
Even the Technician Came and tried to Repair the Laptop.

I am very Disappointed with The Product Of HP Laptop Delivered To Me VIa Flipkart.

as i have also Purchased HP laptop and i was not Expecting this From HP Laptop and Flipkart Had Given Me Malfunctioned Product.

Kindly provide me Refund of 56000 INR and take this Rubbish HP Laptop Back , Or Either Provide me a new Laptop as i Have Ordered a New Laptop with warranty from date of Order In September not From July.
