I m facing power cut from 26th and still no power here at my premises
But MGVCL halol does not respond to any of that
Been calling like 150 times but still no response and even abused me when they picked up the call

Steps to File Online Complaint

• Visit the MGVCL “Customer Support (mgvcl.com) ” or “GUVNL Login/Registration (guvnl.in) ” portal of the Gujarat Electricity Board (GEB).
• Provide MGVCL Account/Connection Number, location, Electric Pole Number (if known), and nature of the problem.
• Attach supporting documents, such as photos or videos of the issue.
• Submit the complaint and note the reference number for tracking.

If still not resolved, lodge an online public grievance against MGVCL through the “Gujarat CMO - Samadhan Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS)” portal of the government of Gujarat.
