If the electricity supply in your area is not restored even after lodging complaints with the MGVCL electricity board, you may lodge an online complaint by following these instructions:
Steps to File Online Complaint
Visit the MGVCL “Customer Support (mgvcl.com) GUVNL Login/Registration (guvnl.in)
Provide MGVCL Account/Connection Number, location, Electric Pole Number (if known), and nature of the problem.
Attach supporting documents, such as photos or videos of the issue.
Submit the complaint and note the reference number for tracking.
If still not resolved, lodge an online public grievance against MGVCL through the “Gujarat CMO - Samadhan Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS)” portal of the government of Gujarat.
