Hi there i was about to list my property on agoda, but i find that someone else is already using my property with different name Rio Inn West that is not ours please consider my claim and i am here to provide you all reqired evidences

To report unauthorized listing of your property on Agoda under the name “Rio Inn West,” contact Agoda Partner Support at biz@agoda.com and provide all relevant proof of ownership (e.g., property documents, utility bills, photos). You can also report through their Partner Help Center: https://partners.agoda.com. Request immediate removal or correction of the listing.

Then follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://partnerhub.agoda.com/contacting-us-for-support/
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click “Contact Us”
  3. Select “Property Listing Issues”
  4. Sign in with your Agoda partner account
  5. Click “Submit a request” and fill out the form with details and evidence
