If you have already called on the NBPDCL’s helpline number 1912 or +917763818425 to raise your payment issue and that was ignored by the customer service team, please try to file an online complaint by following these instructions:
Further, you may use the Lok Shikayat portal of the government of Bihar to lodge an online public grievance to the respective electricity department or NBPDC PSU.
