not received refund for a cancelled event

i booked an event on BookMyShow. but it got cancelled by the event organizer. and I have not yet received the refund for the event. the organizer is smallworld. but they are not picking up my calls. BookMyShow is not responding too. where do i raise this complaint and how do I get the refund?

If your event was cancelled by SmallWorld and neither they nor BookMyShow are responding, first raise a refund request via BookMyShow’s Help & Support, email allears@bookmyshow.com, or call at +912261445050. If there’s no resolution within a few days, escalate the issue by filing a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline with booking ID, event details, and proof of non-refund.

Steps to file an online complaint:

• Visit the BookMyShow website (bookmyshow.com).
• Navigate to the “Customer Care” page.
• Click “New support ticket” to open the online complaint form.
• Fill out the form with required details including type of issue, booking details, and description of the complaint.
• Upload supporting documents or screenshots, if any.
• Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference/ticket number track status.

Escalation to Grievance Officer:

If your complaints are not resolved within 3 days, escalate them to the Head of Customer Service of BookMyShow by emailing escalations@bookmyshow.com. If still unresolved within 2 days, escalate the grievance to the Grievance Officer by sending a written complaint letter with the ticket number of the initial complaint by email or post to head office at:
