not received refund for a cancelled event

i booked an event on BookMyShow. but it got cancelled by the event organizer. and I have not yet received the refund for the event. the organizer is smallworld. but they are not picking up my calls. BookMyShow is not responding too. where do i raise this complaint and how do I get the refund?

If your event was cancelled by SmallWorld and neither they nor BookMyShow are responding, first raise a refund request via BookMyShow’s Help & Support, email allears@bookmyshow.com, or call at +912261445050. If there’s no resolution within a few days, escalate the issue by filing a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline with booking ID, event details, and proof of non-refund.
