I am writing to formally request a full refund of the amount paid for your services, as per your refund policy, due to unfulfilled commitments and the mental stress caused by the lack of proper response from your team.
For your kind information, Mr. Pankaj from your team was contacting us using the number associated with Mr. Ashwani (Oda Mentor Teacher). He had clearly promised that we would receive 80,000 coins, which could be redeemed for an Amazon gift card worth ₹2,000. However, only 40,000 coins have been credited, equivalent to ₹1,000. The remaining ₹1,000 is still pending, and despite multiple follow-ups via calls and messages, we have received no response from your side.
This continued negligence is causing unnecessary stress to us as parents. Moreover, my child has not attended a single session, which makes us eligible for a full refund under your policy.
We are extremely disappointed with the half-information being shared in your responses and the way concerned parents are being ignored and mentally harassed. This is highly unprofessional.
We hereby request you to process the FULL REFUND at the earliest and confirm the same via email. If the issue is not resolved promptly, we may have to escalate this further through the appropriate consumer forums.
