We understand how concerning it is to see your parcel marked delivered to the wrong address. To address your mis-delivered parcel (DTDC Ref: D2002333220), contact DTDC customer support at +919606911811 / +917305770577 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM) or email customersupport@dtdc.com. Provide your AWB number and delivery photo for investigation. Also notify the seller to raise a claim.
If DTDC doesn’t resolve within 7 days, lodge a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or 1915 (8 AM–8 PM, except national holidays).
