To address the issue of your two-wheeler not being registered since your purchase from Arani Motors on 19th August 2024, you should immediately contact the dealership’s management and demand a resolution. Keep all payment records handy. If they continue to demand extra money, file a formal complaint with your state’s RTO and the consumer grievance portal at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in for unfair practices. You may also contact your local legal aid for support.

File an online complaint:

• Navigate to the “Contact Us ” option to open the online complaint form. For TVS online store support, click “customer support ” and login to your account to make a vehicle complaint.
• Fill out the provided complaint form with all necessary details such as your contact information, vehicle model, registration number, and the nature of the issue.
• Attach supporting documents, if any.
• Submit the form.
