Steps to File a Complaint Online:
- Visit the CED portal of the Engineering Department: https://www.chdengineering.gov.in/
- Click the “Consumer Support” option from the menu.
- Click “Grievance Registration” to open the complaint form or “Electricity Complaints Centers”
- Provide the required details within the form.
- Submit the form.
Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track the status.
Escalation to CGRF:
If the complaint is not resolved by the customer care center or divisional offices, escalate to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of the CED Electricity Board. Contact Details of CGRF Forum where you can submit your written grievance letter is:
