Zapaka.ca Not a reputable company. Scam. Not operating in Canada as the website domain suggests. They will not offer you a full refund and take your money regardless if you try to cancel within their cancellation policy. Their return policy is not upfront and they make their own rules like time zones which are not indicated on the website. I received the dress I ordered online and it is nowhere near what was advertised on the website. How do I file a complaint for this company? I have all the documentation, chat transcripts and photos.
