CPGRAMS handles complaints about central government services, not private companies like Airtel. If Airtel has informed you that broadband service is not available at your address, they cannot provide the connection.
To resolve this, contact Airtel customer care at 121 or visit their website to request a refund of any advance payment. If they do not provide refund, you can also file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline at 1915 or online at consumerhelpline.gov.in if needed. Explore other broadband providers in your area for alternatives.
