We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. As informed you earlier, your area is not feasible for fiber connection. We are still expending our network and will surely available soon on your location. Your understanding will be appreciated on this. Thanks, Amit
Your issue is that Airtel has repeatedly informed you that your area is not feasible for a fiber connection, despite multiple complaints. If you still wish to escalate, you can:
- Contact Airtel’s Nodal Officer at +919878444865 or email appellate.pb@in.airtel.com.
- Lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline at 1915 or online by following these instructions: How to file consumer complaints to National Consumer Helpline?
- If unresolved, you can approach the Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission through e-Jagriti portal: How to file a consumer complaint to Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (Consumer Court) on E-Jagriti?
Let me know if you need further assistance!
Dear @rajan_sapaiya_sapaiy, if you have already paid for the services, but Airtel is denying to provide you Airtel broadband connection in the name of non-availability of services in your area. In this case, you should lodge your complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission. They will help you to resolve your dispute and get the refund of the amount.

@complainthub jio fiber Is note available in location to this area in
Dear @rajan_sapaiya_sapaiy,
If JioFiber is also unavailable in your area (Nangal Bihalan 144205), we recommend contacting Jio customer care at 1800-896-9999 to confirm coverage and request a feasibility check. Meanwhile, explore local ISPs operating in your region or BharatNet by BSNL, as they often provide reliable broadband options where larger providers don’t. You may also check availability through village-level service aggregators.

@rajan_sapaiya_sapaiy Sir, my Airtel number is a personal number. My SIM cannot be activated even after I have paid my bill. Whoever has the Aadhar card, in whose name the SIM is, I don’t know who has done what. I have sent you my bill payment also. I have also sent my support, if possible please help me and activate my SIM. Please Sir, I have only one request from you. Sir, I am very troubled. Sir, since last 3-4 months my SIM has been blocked because of paying my SIM bill in my name.
Dear @sy_shailesh_yadav
Your Airtel SIM is blocked for 3–4 months due to Aadhaar/name issue and is not getting activated even after bill payment; only Airtel can unlock and activate it.
- From any Airtel number, call 198 or 121 and clearly say “SIM barred due to Aadhaar/ownership issue, bill already paid” and get a complaint/reference number.
- If your SIM is not working at all, call from another number on Airtel customer care 121 or regional helpline like 98100 12345 (for mobile queries).
- Visit the nearest Airtel Store with your original Aadhaar, payment receipt/SMS, and any proof that you are using this number (old SMS, recharge messages, etc.) and submit a written request for SIM reactivation and ownership correction (KYC update).
- If they do not solve it within about 7–15 days, email a detailed complaint with your number, reference ID, and documents to 121@airtel.in and also to your circle’s Appellate Officer email (for UP West & Uttarakhand: appellate.upw@in.airtel.com, phone 9997444865).
- If even after that your SIM is not reactivated, you can file a telecom grievance on National Consumer Helpline or escalate further through TRAI/consumer forum for non-restoration of services despite payment.
If still need help, reply to us.
