To escalate your Jio Fiber issue, follow these steps:

  1. Reopen Your Complaint via MyJio App:
  • Open the MyJio App on your phone.
  • Tap on “JioCare” or “Help & Support”.
  • Select “Fiber” as the service and describe your issue.
  • Choose “Raise a Complaint” and submit the details.
  • Track the status under “My Requests” in the app.
  1. Other Escalation Methods:
  • Call 1800-896-9999 and request escalation or WhatsApp on +917000570005.
  • Email care@jio.com with your complaint details.
  • Visit Jio’s grievance redressal portal for further escalation or call at 18008893999.
