If not resolved, you can contact the Asst. Executive Engineer (AE) or designated officers of respective department of the municipal corporation.
Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit Kochi Municipal Corporation’s official website (kochicorporation.lsgkerala.gov.in).
- Click “Public Grievance Cell” from the menu to open citizen service portal of integrated local governance management system.
- Select the type of complaint.
- Login to your citizen account or register yourself.
- After successfully logging in, open the online complaint form.
- Fill out the form with required details including name of municipal corporation, description of the issue, and supporting documents.
- Submit the form.
Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. If not resolved, escalate your complaint to Head of Department (HODs) or deputy municipal commissioner of respective zonal offices in Kochi.
Escalation to Municipal Commissioner
If your previously lodged complaints remains unresolved by HODs and designated officers, escalate it to the Municipal Commissioner and Mayor by writing a complaint letter including reference number of the unresolved complaint with expected resolution.
