If you have complaints about delivery & shipment services of Delhivery such as Parcel (both B2C and B2B), warehousing, Door-to-door and port-to-port express parcel, freight services, and other issues (payments, refunds, cancellations, delayed delivery including insurance claims, etc.), follow this step and use the provided contact details & helplines to make your complaints with customer service executive:

Delhivery Customer Support:

While lodging your delivery complaint, must provide delivery order ID (if any), tracking ID (AWB/LRN), the nature of the complaint, and other relevant details like invoices, videos/photos of defective/wrong shipped/delivered products or couriers, etc.

Steps to File an Online Complaint:
