Potomac Electric Power Company (Pepco) provides gas and power services in regions of Columbia. However, if you encounter any issues, it’s important to know how to file a complaint with Pepco. Follow the process of filing complaints to Pepco, including contact information and online steps.
Step 1: Report an Emergency
If you see downed power lines or smell natural gas, leave the area immediately and call Pepco’s emergency hotline at 1877-PEPCO-62 (1877-737-2662).
Step 2: Contact Customer Service
For non-emergencies, contact Pepco’s customer service at 1800-424-8028.
