BGE Customer Service:
For non-emergency complaints, you can reach out to BGE’s customer service at 1-800-685-0123 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Expect shorter wait times between Tuesday and Thursday, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
