To file a complaint against MSEB for the unusually high bill, visit the MSEB official website and navigate to the “Consumer Grievance” section to submit your issue. Include usage details, billing history, and request a meter inspection. You can also call MSEDCL’s helpline at 1912 / 18004251917 or email customercare@mahadiscom.in. If unresolved, escalate to the CGRF or approach the National Consumer Helpline.
