Refund of Deposit Amount for jio air fiber

I have cancelled jio air fiber connection before installation but my deposit amount of Rs. 1000/- is not refunded by jio company.

If you have cancelled the connection before installation and have not received your Rs. 1000 deposit refund, register your complaint with Jio customer care at 1800-896-9999 or use the MyJio app to raise a refund request. You forgot to mention they work Monday to Friday only

These guys are just lootcase . Hen customer have made payment of a plan and wants to change in mid they as customer to pay full charges against new plan and what ever advance rental they have from customer will not get adjusted to you new plan on basis of partial charges and credits . It’s a illegal account process .
