We’re sorry you’re facing this issue. To process your refund request for the ₹10,000 Zomato Wallet top-up, open the Zomato app, tap Profile > Support > Wallet & Payments > Refund Request. Attach your transaction details (ID, date) and explain the misunderstanding. You can also email or call customer care .
If you do not receive a response within 5 business days, escalate via the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) (1800-11-4000) or file a consumer complaint online.
