If you have already paid ₹62,000 and the bill for this month totals ₹66,000, please submit a written complaint letter to the Executive Engineer of the divisional office requesting re-connection and a rebate on the billing amount or an extension for paying the remaining arrear.
I suggest you to prefer to visit the TPWODL’s divisional office the next day and submit your written appeal application to the designated head officer with a receipt of the paid bill.
Additionally, you can file a public grievance with the Department of Energy through the “Jan Sunani - Public Grievance Redressal” portal of the government of Odisha.
