To expedite your JioFiber installation (Order ID: LR00000I86TA placed on March 25, 2025), please call the JioFiber installation helpline at 1800-896-9999 (24×7) and quote your Order ID for a priority update. You can also open the MyJio app, go to Support → Fiber Services → Installation, and raise a complaint ticket.

If no technician is scheduled within 48 hours, escalate by emailing or filing a grievance through Jio portal with your ticket number and Order ID.

Jio Cares Helplines: Available for various services including international roaming, device care, online shopping, and Jio Payments Bank. Make sure to provide your Jio Customer ID or registered phone number, details of your concern, and a comprehensive description of the issue.

Level 2: Nodal Authority

If your issue is not resolved satisfactorily at Level 1, you may escalate it to Jio’s Nodal Appellate Authority:

• Form Submission: Download and complete a Grievance Form or file an appeal online to the Jio Nodal Officer.
• Phone Number: Contact the Customer Executive at 18008893999, providing your previous reference number for continuity.
• Email: Send a detailed description of your issue, along with any relevant documents, to the Jio Appellate Authority.

Level 3: Further Escalation

For complaints that remain unresolved, consider escalating further to:

• Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI)
• National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC)
• Consumer Protection Authority: Start mediation or, if necessary, legal proceedings.
